Saturday Counselling Session, October
Due to the ongoing concerns around COVID-19, our Admissions and Recruitment Office would like to take a moment to reassure you that we are ON it. Your health and safety are our first priority.
We are OPEN for Saturday counselling session and it will come with campus tour as well. To get more information and make an appointment, please contact our office by booking system.
Program: Saturday Counselling Session
Date and Time: October 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31th (every Saturday except October 3th) : 10AM, 11AM, 1PM, 2PM
Participants: ONLY high school students and their parents
Program Details: Personalized admissions counselling and campus tour (classrooms, labs, and facilities)
Length of Program: 1 hour : counselling session + campus tour

To Do list:
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice
- All foreign nationals or who have visited outside Korea in the past 14 days will be restricted entry due to Infectious Disease Control and Prevention Act
- Without appointment are not allowed to visit.
- This schedule is tentative and is subject to change due to the outbreak of COVID-19

겐트대 입학관리실은 관심있는 예비 지원자를 대상으로10월 한달 간 토요 특별 상담을 다음과 같이 진행합니다. 겐트대 입학사정관과의 1 대 1 개별 상담과 코로나 19로 중단되었던 캠퍼스 투어를 기다려온 예비 지원자라면 지금 바로 사전예약 진행 바랍니다.

- 행 사 명:10월 토요 특별 상담
- 일 시: 10월 10, 17, 24, 31일(10월 3일 외 매주 토요일) 10시, 11시, 13시, 14시
- 참 가 대 상: 국내외 고등학교 재학생 및 학부모
- 행 사 내 용: 1대1 입학 상담 및 겐트대 캠퍼스 투어
- 소 요 시 간: 총 1시간, 상담과 투어 시간은 상담자 필요에 따라 1시간 내 유동적 진행
- 참 가 방 법:
- 사전 예약제, 선착순 마감
- 입학관리실 유선(032-626-4114) 및 카카오 채팅방(http://pf.kakao.com/_Eeuwxb/chat) 이용 참가 신청
- 희망 방문 일시/상담학생 이름/재학(출신)학교/학년/상담인원/연락처의 사전 안내 필요, 해당 정보 미 제공시 예약 확정 불가
- 유 의 사 항:
- 예약 일정이 불가피하게 변경되는 경우 입학관리실에 최소 하루 전 사전 안내 바랍니다.
- 본 행사는 코로나 19 관련 정부의 방역지침을 준수하여 진행되고 최근 14일 이내 해외여행을 한 경우 상담 예약이 불가합니다. (관련 공지: http://pf.kakao.com/_Eeuwxb/51153346)
- 사전예약 없이 방문 시 건물 출입 및 상담 진행이 거부될 수 있습니다.
- 사전예약 마감시 예약진행이 불가합니다.
